摘    要:运用各种理化检测手段,对45#钢105柴油机连杆沿小头油孔处开裂进行失效分析。连杆宏观断口可明显分为三个区域。一区,连杆小头油孔附近疲劳源区。二区,稳定疲劳扩展区。三区,最后开裂瞬断区。重点对疲劳源区及疲劳扩展区进行宏观断口及电镜二次电子图像断口分析和疲劳源区电镜能谱面分布分析。分析失效主要原因并解决问题。

Analysis of Broken Section of Connecting Rod
Abstract:We make the stale analysis for the broken section of the connecting rod used on 105 diesel engine, the material was 45# steel, The broken section was divided into three parts. First, the fatigue area near the oil hole on the small side of the rod. Second, the expanding area of stable fatigue. Three,the final snap brokrn area. We made the major analysis with first and second areas by macrosection and scanning electric microscope. Finally we find the cause and have this question to be settled.
