摘    要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)单体为原料,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系为引发剂,加入链转移剂,在高单体含量下合成了低相对分子质量的AM/AA共聚物。研究了引发剂用量、聚合温度、链转移剂用量及单体含量对聚合过程和AM/AA共聚物相对分子质量的影响。结果表明,适当控制链转移剂用量和其他聚合条件,在单体含量高达40%的条件下,可使聚合反应顺利进行,大大提高了生产效率。

Abstract:A low molecular weight AM/AA copolymer was synthesized with high concentration monomers of acry-lamide (AM) and acrylic acid (AA) as raw materials, ammonium persulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite as initiators in the presence of chain transfer agent. Effects of the amount of initiator, the temperature of polymerization, the amount of chain transfer agent and the concentration of monomers on the polymerization and the molecular weight of the copolymer were investigated. The results showed that polymerization took place favourably when the concentration of monomers was 40% and the amount of chain transfer agent and the other conditions of polymerization were controlled properly. The efficiency of polymerization was high.
