基于模糊滑模的固液分离流量控制技术的研究

摘    要:研究了一种用于海洋生物酶固液分离沉降离心流量控制技术.针对海洋生物酶发酵液的固液分离系统具有大滞后、非线性、时变性和无法得出精确数学模型等特点,控制器采用将模糊控制与滑模变结构控制相结合,由DSP模块,滑模控制模块,模糊控制模块和流量传感器等部分组成.与传统的控制方法相比,具备两者优点,既保留了常规模糊控制的优点,又加强了系统的稳定性,同时减弱了滑模控制的抖振现象.

Abstract:A marine biological used for solid-liquid separation settlement centrifugal flow control of fuzzy sliding mode variable structure controller was focused on. According to the marine biological fermentation medium solid-liquid separation system has the features of delay, nonlinear and non-stationary, no precise mathematical model and so on, controller using fuzzy control and sliding mode variable structure control joint, containing the DSP module, sliding mode control module, the fuzzy control module and the flow sensor components. Compared with the traditional control method, fuzzy control and sliding mode variable structure control, combining with the advantages, not only retains the advantages of conventional fuzzy control, and strengthen the stability of the system, at the same time reduces chattering phenomenon of sliding mode control.
