基于智慧建设理论的建设项目信息化管理平台研究

为了解决建设项目信息化管理理论缺失和管理方法落后等问题，在智慧建设理论研究基础上，构建了建设项目信息化管理平台。通过分析智慧建设的概念和支撑体系，提出了智慧建设的研究体系架构，并分析了BIM、物联网、普适计算和4D 可视化等新兴信息技术应用和集成于智慧建设的实现机理。通过整合建设项目信息化管理过程和分析平台的功能需求，构建了建设项目信息化管理平台的基本架构，并对其网络拓扑结构和主要功能模块进行了设计。该研究符合建筑业信息化发展和建设项目信息化管理实际需要，为智慧建设理论的深入研究提供了实施工具和方法。

Construction Project Information Management PlatformBased on Smart Construction Theory

Abstract:In order to improve theoretical vacancy and methods obsolete of construction project information management，the paperbuilds construction project information management platform (CPIMP) based on smart construction theory. By analyzing conceptionand support system of smart construction theory，framework of smart construction theory is proposed. Application and integration ofemerging information technologies within smart construction theory are analyzed such as BIM，internet of things，ubiquitouscomputing and 4D visualization. On this basis，CPIMP is designed，after reframing processes of construction project informationmanagement. Framework，network topology and functional structure of CPIMP are put forward. The research provides operationtools and means for smart construction theory，and has very important theoretical and practical significance to construction industryinformationization and construction project information management in China.
