静态破碎剂反应温度变化规律的试验与分析

摘    要:研究了一定量的静态破碎剂在不同水剂比及不同的拌合水温条件下,静态破碎剂反应溶液温度变化规律及体积膨胀规律。结果表明:在保持水剂比不变的前提下,提高反应水的温度可以加快前期的反应速率,但不能改变反应所能达到的最高温度。在保持反应水温度不变的前提下,在一定范围内提高水剂比会降低反应所能达到的最高温度。当反应到达100 ℃时,温度会暂停上升,待水完全蒸发后温度才会继续上升。试验研究对静态破碎剂在不同水剂比、不同反应温度的情况下测定反应溶液膨胀体积非常重要。

Abstract:Certain amount of static cracking agent in different water and static cracking agent ratio and in different temperature of water has been tested, as well as the temperature variation and volume expansion rule of the reaction solution of static cracking agent. The results show that keeping the water and static cracking agent ratio unchanged, rising the reaction temperature of water can accelerate the reaction rate, but can not change the highest temperature the reaction reaches. In response to water temperature invariable premise, the highest temperature will be reduced because of improving water and static cracking agent ratio. When the reaction reaches 100℃, temperature rise will be suspended, the temperature will continue rise after the water is completely evaporated. The study is important to determine the temperature variation and volume expansion rule of the reaction solution of static cracking agent in different water and static cracking agent ratio and in different temperature of water.
