高泉区块地应力分析及水平井出砂预测

摘    要:文章采用三维有限元数值模拟技术进行了高泉区块地应力分析及新井水平井段的出砂风险预测及安全压力降取值。通过区块内目标井邻近的 GT1井的测井数据计算了地层参数,进行了单井一维地质力学分析,并结合 GT1井的单井分析结果,对高泉区块进行了三维精细地应力场数值计算,得到了目标水平井段所在地层局部区域的地应力各分量的值。采用有限元数值计算方法和基于塑性的出砂预测模型,分析了 GT1井的出砂现象。在压差-产量观测数据基础上,分析得出了高泉区块清水河组地层的“临界出砂塑性应变值”这一出砂预测模型关键参数的取值。有限元数值计算方法和基于塑性的出砂预测模型,给出了目标井水平井段的出砂分析和安全压力降计算,为油田的安全高效生产提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Estimation and prediction have been done for sand production and values of safe pressure draw-down for horizontal well section within Gaoquan Block by using 3 D finite element numerical techniques. The formation material parameters were calculated by using logging data from Well Gaotan-1 adjacent to the target horizontal well in the block, and 1 D geomechanics analysis was carried out for a single well. Combined with the single well analysis results of Well Gaotan-1, the numerical calculation of 3 D precise in-situ stress field in Gaotan block is carried out, and the values of each component of in-situ stress in the local area of the target horizontal well section are obtained. By using finite element numerical techniques along with plasticity-based model for sand production prediction, the sand production of adjacent Well Gaotan-1 was analyzed. Based on measured data of daily production rate versus bottom hole pressure, the critical value of plastic strain for sand production CVPE which is a key model parameter of plastic model of sand production, is obtained. The finite element numerical calculation method and sand production prediction model based on plasticity are used to give the sand production analysis and safe pressure draw-down calculation of the horizontal section of the target well, which provides a theoretical basis for the safe and efficient production of oil field.
