数字化变电站智能终端柜降温方案

摘    要:由于传统箱体散热效果不佳导致500kV芝堰变智能终端柜内温度过高,使智能终端缺陷发生率居高不下,为提高变电站的安全稳定运行,介绍了智能终端当前的运行现状,提出加装隔热柜、加装空调、加装热交换器三种降温方案,并采用层次分析法进行方案选择。结果表明,加装翅片热板隔离式热交换器后箱内温度与未改造箱体相比降低了15℃,散热效果比较理想,基本满足了智能变电站室外场地智能终端正常运行的需要。

Abstract:The temperature of intelligent terminals cubicle in 500 kV Zhiyan substation is too high because of bad heat dissipation effect of traditional cubicle,which leads to large defect incidence of intelligent terminals.In order to raise the stable and security operation of substation,this paper introduces the status of intelligent terminals and puts forward three schemes to lower the temperature,which includes installation of thermal insulation cubicle,air conditioner and heat exchangers.And then the AHP is used to select the scheme.The results show that mini flat plate isolating heat exchanger makes the temperature of cubicle lower 15 ℃ and the effect of heat dissipation is good,which meets the normal operation requirements of the outdoor intelligent terminals of the substation.
