| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种光学玻璃块滚筒式自动称重分拣机.该分拣机采用差动测量原理,动态跟踪秤盘空盘重量,消除了电子天平漂移对称重的影响.分拣机由机械部分和控制系统组成,机械部分包括上料装置、称重装置和分选装置；控制系统包括硬件和系统软件两部分.控制系统硬件由PLC和工控机等组成,PLC完成分拣机动作控制,工控机完成称重数据采集和处理,工控机软件基于LabVIEW开发完成.实验结果表明:该分拣机测量精度为±0.02g,分拣效率为2s/件,满足了用户的要求.
