| 摘 要： | 在分析卧式加工中心自身结构特征的基础上,应用广义模块化设计和基于实例推理技术,提出了一种基于实例推理的卧式加工中心广义模块化设计方法,建立了卧式加工中心模块编码体系,并根据卧式加工中心主轴及其各模块的静动及热态特性要求引入了基于有限元原理的结构分析及优化,最后论述了卧式加工中心模块化设计系统功能结构与开发技术。提出并实现了一种模块化设计系统,该系统有效的集成CAD/CAE系统,事实表明对产品设计有着一定意义。
