一种新型高耐模具钢中的碳化物分析

摘    要:介绍新试制模具钢9Cr_6W_3Mo_2V_2(简称GM钢)的碳化物分析,并与Cr_12MoV及D_2钢进行了分析对比。数据证明,试制钢的工艺性能不低于基体钢,硬度和强度有大幅度提高,与Cr_12Mo_2V相比,耐磨性提高了1倍。

Abstract:The phase analysis of carbide in a new type of the high wear-resistant die-steels, 9Cr6-W3Mo2V2 ( abb, GM steel ) was described, and the contrast among GM steel, Cr12Mo2V and D2 steels ( USA AISID2 ) were studied. The experimental results indicated that the hardness, strength and toughness of GM steels were suitable for industrial application and the ability for wear-resistant of GM steels was beeter than that of Cr1aMo2V steels.
