重力坝下游面压力管道结构强度的研究

摘    要:本文主要介绍通过仿真材料整体结构模型试验验证采用重力坝下游面压力管道布置型式的研究成果。采用我国拟建的某大型水电站参数,通过两个仿真材料的整体结构模型试验,研究该工程重力坝下游面压力管道在坝体自重、上游水压力和泥沙压力共同作用下下游坝面管的应力和强度,并通过超载试验,分析结构的安全度和破坏形态。研究结果表明:该工程采用重力坝下游面管道布置型式在设计载荷作用下是安全的、可行的;在3.0~3.5倍的设计载荷作用下,下游面压力管道结构仅局部出现裂缝,并未破坏。

Abstract:This paper deals with the results of simulated material model tests of structure of penstock on gravity dam downstream surface. Two models for a certain large water power plant, which will be under con-stru-ction, are experimented for determining the stresses and strength of the pertstock under the coaction of dam body dead weight and the pressures of upstream water and sediment. The safety and destruction behavior of structure are examined by overload tests. The obtained results show that the penstock on gravity dam downstream surface is quite safe under the action of its design load. under 3~3.5 times of design load, only certain cracks happen in the concrete of the penstock and no destruction takes place.
