八面河油田常规修井遇到的问题及对策

八面河油田在常规修井中,主要遇到了五大问题:一是打塞;二是找漏;三是水平井冲砂;四是防砂;五是电泵井打捞。针对这些问题,应从以下几个方面入手:一是定期开展有关的专题研究,引进成熟的工艺;二是定期对水平井换封、换管;三是定期对电泵井进行检修;四是适当使用连通滑套;五是对于部分套管损坏特别严重的井进行修井工艺研究。

On the Difficulties of Routine Well Maintenance in Baminahe Oil Field and Its Solutions

During the routine well maintenances, workers in Baminahe Oil Field often run into problems when doing the following five practices, namely as plugging, leakage detecting, sand cut in horizontal wells, sand prevention and electrical pump well salvage. This paper puts forward solutions to each problem. First is to conduct regular studies of specific problems and introduce mature techniques; second is to add sand and change seals and tubes in horizontal wells regularly; third is to overhaul electric pump wells at regular basis; fourth is to use connected sliding sleeve when necessary; and well maintenance technique should be specially studied for the wells with severe casing damages.
