生物质炭催化裂解生物质热解焦油技术研究

摘    要:采用实验方法研究了生物质炭对生物质热解焦油的催化特性,分析了在蒸汽条件下,催化裂解区长度、S/C值、蒸汽输入方式、氮气流量对焦油转化率的影响。在蒸汽条件下,生物质炭对焦油有显著的催化裂解效果。

Abstract:The catalytic characteristics of biomass char for cracking biomass pyrolysis tar are studied by experimental method. The influences of catalytic cracking zone length, S/C ratio, steam input method and nitrogen flow rate on tar conversion rate are analyzed under steam conditions. The biomass char has remarkable catalytic effect on tar cracking under steam conditions.
