锌钙系钢铁磷化液的制备与应用研究

摘    要:采用磷酸二氢锌、酸式磷酸锰等为主要原料,加入适当的钙离子和磷化促进剂,研究了一种性能较好的锌钙系钢铁磷化液,检测了磷化膜的性能,探讨了磷化液的主要成分和磷化工艺条件对磷化膜质量的影响。结果表明,所形成的磷化膜成灰黑色,结晶细致、均匀,耐腐蚀性好,与涂层附着力好,工艺维护简单,沉渣少,适用于钢铁件涂装前的处理。

Abstract:A new process of Zn-Mn phosphating process on steel with comprehensive properties was developed by using zinc dihydrogen phosphate and Manganese dihydrogen phosphate.etc as main materials and suitable Ca2+ and phosphating accelerator in the phosphating solution.The properties of the phosphating films obtained were tested.The results show that the phosphating films are grey-black and even-grained,and have good corrosion resistance and strong adhesion to coatings.The process has the advantages of easy mainten...
