摘    要:为确保西柏坡电厂1号炉(1025t/h)下层燃烧器的改造成功,进行了燃烧调整和低负荷实验。实验表明:锅炉下层燃烧器采用浓淡旋流燃烧器后,当电负荷降至135MW时,锅炉可不投油稳定运行。额定负荷下,当中、下排给粉机转速在570-600r/min时,锅炉效率较高;各层二次风挡板全开时的锅炉效率要高于其它挡板开度时的效率;2台磨煤机运行时的锅炉效率比3台磨煤机运行时高。

Abstract:In order to ensure the successful retrofitting of lower layer burners of No. 1 boiler (1025 t/h) in Xibaipo Power Plant, the combustion adjustment and low load test were conducted. The experiment showed that, by employing bias combustion, swirl burners to replace the original lower layer burners, the boiler could operate stably at a load of 135 MW without auxiliary fuel oil hiring. At the rated load, when the rotational speeds of pulverized coal feeders for the lower layer and middle layer burners were about 570~600 rpm and the rotational speed of feeders for top layer burners was 450 rpm, the efficiency of boiler was higher than that with other rotational speeds; when the secondary air dampers at each row were 100% open, the efficiency of boiler was higher than that with other damper positions; and the efficiency of boiler with two mills running was higher than that with three mills running.
