| 摘 要： | 根据杭州市历史降雨数据,采用数理统计分析方法预测2002年或2003年以后杭州市区将进入连续的降水偏估水期,及出现年降水量1000mm左右的枯水年,并由此建议了若干缓解水资源短缺危机的管理措施。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes hydrologic information available of Hangzhou from 1923 to 1999 and forecasts after the year of 2002 the city will be in a low water period. The period expects to last 7 to 10 years.It is very possible to meet a year in which yearly precipitation is less than 1000mm.The article also puts forward some suggestion to mitigate water shortage. |
