| 摘 要： | 概述了我国西部尤其是云南、青海两省矿产资源,提出应加大矿产品深加工的投入、高新技术开发、稀土产业、硅产业、二次资源回收利用以及盐湖镁资源的利用开发等;在矿产资源开发的同时必须注重环境保护,实现可持续发展和循环经济。

| Abstract: | The mineral resource, in the western China, is most abundant, but its exploitation level is very low at present. On the basis of summarizing the resource in western China, especially in Yunnan Province and Qinghai Province, this paper advises the investment should be increased on deep-fabrication of mineral products, particularly in such fields as high-tech development, rare earth industry, silicon industry, secondary-resource recovery and magnesium resource in salt lakes. At the same time, environmental protection should be so enhanced that the sustainable development and circulating economy are realized. |
