| Abstract: | The factors which affect the strength of 6063 aluminum alloy profile are analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition control,homogenization annealing, extrusion factors, heating temperature of aluminum bars, quenching temperature and speed, stretching deformation control and aging process and combining with production practice. The measures taken during production are put forward. |
