摘    要:
为了吲收有价金属,实现废物循环利用,对硫酸浸出镍氢电池负极扳废料中的镍钻元素进行了生产性试验研究。基于硫酸与负极板反应放出大量热量及产生大量气体的原理,采用涂层钢带一体、静态不施加搅拌的浸出方式,考察了硫酸浓度、液固比(硫酸体积与负极板废料的质量比)、反应时间、温度等因素对镍钴浸出的影响。生产性试验结果表明:在硫酸浓度为2.0mol/L、液固比为6:1、反应时间为30min、初始温度为常温的条件下,镍钴浸出率均在98%以上,稀土浸出率在90%以上,铁浸出率只有3%~6%。

Abstract:
Sulfuric acid leaching Ni and Co from Ni-MH batteries negative plate was studied in the paper.Static leaching manner integrated with coating steel strip was used to investigate the effective factors including concentration of sulfuric acid,liquid-solid ratio,reaction time,and temperature.Test results showed that leaching rate of Ni and Co could be above 98 % and 90 %,but leaching rate of Fe was only 3 %~6 %,when sulfuric acid leaching process started up at the conditions: normal temperature,concentration of sulfuric acid 2.0 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio 6 : 1,and the reaction time 30 min.
