聚丙烯/苄基化木粉共混的力学性能研究

摘    要:文章通过制备5%~20%苄基木粉填充PP和相应含量木粉填充PP及其力学性能的对比,表明苄基化木粉填充PP的拉伸性能要比木粉填充PP的好.但其弯曲增强效果要比木粉差,而苄基化木粉填充PP的冲击强度随填充量的增加先增加后减少.

Abstract:We prepare PP/benzyl-wood powder and PP/wood powder with 5 %~20 %wt powder,and compare their mechanical properties.The result showed that the tensile property of PP/benzyl-wood powder was better than PP/wood powder,but the flexural property of PP/benzyl-wood powder was worse than PP/wood powder,and the Izod impact strength of PP/benzyl-wood powder increased with filler content first increased and then decreased.
