双梁轮胎门式起重机控制系统的设计

摘    要:采用西门子PLC作为控制器,实现了双梁轮胎门式起重机的走行、起重、转向、辅助支撑等功能。依靠安装在走行轮两侧的超声波测距传感器,检测双梁轮胎门式起重机与高架桥两侧防撞墙的距离。在保证安全距离的前提下,实现了双梁轮胎门式起重机的自动转向,达到防撞的目的,确保了施工安全。

Abstract:By adopting the Siemens PLC as the controller,the design realizes the functions of traveling,hoisting,steering,ancillary shoring,etc.of the double girder gantry crane. The distance between the double girder gantry crane and the anti-collision wall on the both sides of the over bridge is detected by the ultrasonic ranging sensor installed on the both sides of the traveling wheel. On the premise of ensuring the safety distance,the design realizes the automatic steering of the double girder gantry crane,thus to achieve the aim of anti-collision and ensure the construction safety.
