摘    要:综述了液相法合成纳米TiO2,比较了各种液相法的优缺点,详细讨论了液相法合成纳米TiO2的研究进展和发展趋势。认为以TiCl4、TiOSO4和H2TiO3为原料时,产品成本较低。低温液相合成纳米TiO2的生产工艺由于省去了高温煅烧工序而最具竞争力。并指出过滤和防团聚是液相法规模化生产纳米TiO2需要重点解决的问题。

Abstract:The synthesis methods for nanosized titanium dioxide in liquid phase were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were evaluated.The technological progress and developing trend of nanosized titanium dioxide was discussed in detail.Using TiCl_4,TiOSO_4 and H_2TiO_3 as starting materials,the cost of nanosized titanium dioxide is relatively low.As high temperature calcination can be left out,the synthesis process of nanosized titanium dioxide at low temperature in liquid phase is the most competitive one.In the process of producing nanosized titanium dioxide at large commercial scale in liquid phase method,the filtration and preventing agglomeration are key issues.
