| Abstract: | The thesis mainly explains the design and application of Emerson TD3300 constant strain vector transducer for special purpose in strain controlling of gravure press. The Strain Transducer replaces PID implemented by PLC. And the controlling precision of strain reaches below 0.5kg.It also explains the principium of drawing in-out wrap and design formula. |
