玄武岩短纤维对玻化微珠保温砂浆性能影响的研究

摘    要:
研究了玄武岩短纤维对玻化微珠保温砂浆的稠度和分层度、干湿表观密度、抗压抗折强度、粘结强度、软化系数的影响。结果表明,玄武岩短纤维能降低保温砂浆的稠度和分层度,改善保温砂浆的保水性,提高保温砂浆的抗压抗折强度、粘结强度和软化系数。当掺量为2%时,抗压强度、抗折强度、粘结强度分别提高24.5%、31.2%、22.7%,软化系数提高7%,保温砂浆的抗裂性和耐水性得到明显改善。

Abstract:
The effects of short basalt fiber on mortar consistency and segregation degree,dry and wet density,compressive strength,flexural strength,bonding strength and softening coefficient of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar have been investigated.The results show that the incorporation of short basalt fiber can decrease the mortar consistency and segregation degree,improve the water retention property,and increase the compressive strength,flexural strength,bonding strength and softening coefficient of ...
