| 摘 要： | 结合和泰大厦工程基坑双层密布混凝土支撑的拆除过程,阐述了支撑拆除的工艺流程,对钢管立柱桩破除、托换、换撑、拆撑、封井等工序进行了介绍,通过合理安排拆除顺序,确保了基坑安全及地下室施工的质量和顺利进展。

| Abstract: | Combined with the foundation double layer densely covered concrete supporting demolition technology of Hetai mansion,the supporting demolition technology procedure was illustrated.The exploding,underpinning,changing of support,dismantling temporary shoring,hole-sealing and well construction of steel-pipe post pile were introduced.Through arranging demolition sequence properly,guarantee the foundation safety,basement construction quality and smooth making progress. |
