影响亚麻织物抗紫外线性能的因素分析

采用分光光度计测试了不同厚度、覆盖系数和色泽的亚麻织物的紫外线透过率并比较SCJ965和纳米两种整理剂对亚麻织物的抗紫外整理效果。结果表明,织物越厚、覆盖系数越大、色泽越深,其抗紫外线性能越好。经纳米整理剂整理后的织物具有良好的抗紫外性能,且整理后织物强力和白度有所下降但变化幅度不大,织物的透气性有一定程度的下降。

UV-resistant characterization of linen fabric

The UV transmittance of thickness,coverage percent and color of linen fabrics were tested.Anti-UV ability of linen fabrics treated by SCJ-965 and nano-TiO2 was compared.The results showed that the thicker、the bigger percent coverage and the deeper color fabric had better anti-UV ability.The fabric that treated by nano-TiO2 had improved anti-ultraviolet performance and a small margin drop in strength and whiteness.The air permeability also dropped in a certain degree.
