羊绒围巾功能性整理技术的开发与应用

分析了羊绒围巾功能性整理(抗静电整理、机可洗整理、三防整理等)的原理，并对助剂和工艺路线选择、整理工艺、检测数据及结论进行了分析说明。抗静电整理的方法是加入导电纤维或抗静电助剂；机可洗的整理方法是通过防缩助剂整理，消除羊绒的定向摩擦效应，达到防毡化收缩的效果；三防整理的方法是加入三防助剂进行整理，在织物表面产生聚合物薄膜，使织物临界表面张力变小，不易被油所润湿，并兼有拒水性。

This article analyses the development and application of the special finish technique of cashmere scarf,such as antistatic finish,anti-shrink finish,and water-proof,oil-proof,antisoiling finish which is simply called 3-proof finish.After analyzed the elements of the special finish technique,the article also illustrated the choice of the assistants,as certain the technical course and the technical details,including the test data and the conclusion.The antistatic finish is come by twist with the antistatic fiber or operation from the antistatic agent.Anti-shrink finish is due to avoiding of directional friction of cashmere fiber.3-proof finish is as a result of the function of the external polymer,reduce the fabric' critical surface tension.After the 3-proof finish progress,it's hard to soaked by oil or water.After all these special finish,it can supply more service function and additional value to the cashmere scarf.
