| 摘 要： | RTCM是被国际上广泛使用的GNSS数据格式标准，目前已有多个版本。为了满足新一代网络数据传输的需求，通过与旧的RTCM2.x比较，介绍了最新版的RTCM3.1的优点及其格式内容，并根据RTCM3.1规则提出了一种编码和解码方法。最后通过试验数据对比和实际应用例子证明该方法的正确性，同时进行了精度分析。

| Abstract: | As a GNSS data format standard,RTCM is being widely used and has several versions currently.To meet the new generation network data transmission,the latest version RTCM3.1 as well as its advantages compared with the old one RTCM 2.x is introduced.Then,a method for encoding and decoding is proposed according to its rule.The correctness of this method is verified by test data comparison and practical application.The precision analysis is also given at last. |
