低压汽缸排汽道改进设计的试验研究

摘    要:为为提高了舰用汽轮机组的运行效率与安全可靠性,试验了研究了具有倒车装置的舰用低压汽轮机复杂排气道的各种改进设计。试验结果表明:合理布置扩压段与增设导流装置可降低排气损失及流场不均匀度。

Abstract:To enhance the work efficiency as well as the operation reliability and safety of a steam turbine unit, an experimental study was conducted of the various improved design schemes of a complicated exhaust steam passage for a low pressure naval steam turbine fitted with an astern unit. The results of the experimental study indicate that the rational layout of a diffusion section and the addition of a flow guide device can be conducive to a reduction of exhaust steam loss and a lessening in flow field non uniformity.
