一种适用于铝合金的导电氧化工艺

摘    要:铝件化学导电氧化后形成的膜需要有良好的耐蚀性和导电性。开发了一种铝件两步导电氧化工艺,先用以铬酐为主要成分的导电氧化液氧化,再用重铬酸钾封闭,并将此工艺投入生产应用。结果表明:该工艺稳定,氧化膜既有较好的耐蚀性,又保持了零件的导电性,适用于多种铝型材。

Abstract:Conductive oxidation coatings on Al should have good corrosion resistance and electric conductivity.In order to meet this requirement,a two-step conductive oxidation technology applicable to Al alloy was established.Al alloy was oxidized by conductive oxidizing fluid containing chromic anhydride as the major ingredient,followed by sealing with potassium dichromate.The technology was put into industry.Results indicate that the established technology can be well used to prepare conductive oxidation coating wi...
