丙烯在醇类溶液中的溶解度

摘    要:用静态法测定了温度为30—60℃,压力为0.3—0.9 MPa时丙烯在醇水质量比分别为7∶3、8∶2、9∶1及1∶0的甲醇、异丙醇和仲丁醇水溶液中的溶解度数据。选用几个气体溶解度模型对所测得的溶解度数据进行回归关联。结果表明周金汉模型与吕秀阳模型结果较好,平均偏差小于3%,最大偏差小于7%,能够满足工程应用需要。

Abstract:The solubility of propylene was measured by a static equilibrium still in isopropanol and secbutanol(aqueous) solution at the temperatures from 30℃ to 60℃,and the pressures from 0.3 MPa to 0.9 MPa,in which the mass ratio of alcohol to water is 1 ∶ 0,9 ∶1,8 ∶KG-*2]2 and 7 ∶3 respectively.The experimental data were correlated with four models.The results indicate that Luxiuyang model and Zhoujinhan model fit better than the other two models.The average correlation errors and the maximum correlation errors of the used models are less than 3% and 7% respectively,which indicates that the two models can satisfy the needs of the engineering design.
