摘    要:
切削加工工艺参数的选择对提高生产率、加工质量、经济效益等各方面具有重要的作用,针对当前CAPP系统中切削用量的优化仍存在着优化方法复杂、低效、容易收敛于局部最优解等问题,本文引入遗传算法思想,以优化CAPP环境下的切削加工工艺参数,克服应用传统优化方法的缺陷。

Abstract:
The selection of optimal cutting parameters in machining technology plays an important role in improving productivity, machining quality and economic benefits. In consideration of the problems optimization of cutting parameters of present system, such as the complicacy of methods, low efficiency and great probability to get partial optimal solution, a new optimization method (Genetic Algorithms, GAs)was taken in developing the cutting parameters in CAPP surrounding which overcame the disadvantages of optimization of cutting parameters in traditional system.
