聚苯醚在天线罩上的应用技术研究

摘    要:为了降低天线罩制造成本,提高生产效率,文中采用PPO(聚苯醚)代替传统的复合材料,用注塑和挤压成型工艺代替手工铺贴成型工艺.为解决上下天线罩密封问题,采用了耐候性、耐老化性、耐久、耐介质、使用温度范围较广的弹性密封胶.为了防止天线罩在暴晒环境下老化,采用了耐老化性能和疏水性能都较好的氟碳漆.通过采用以上工艺方法,得到了符合环境要求和电性能要求的天线罩.为大批量生产低成本的天线罩提出了一种新思路.

Abstract:In order to decrease the manufacturing cost of antenna cover and improve the producing efficiency, this essay adopts PPO (polyphenylene oxide)instead of the traditional composed material, using injection moulding and extrusion instead of traditional handicraft techniques. To solve the long-lasting problem of upper-lower antenna, plastic sealing paste with weather ability high durability, anti-aging and wide temperature range is used. To avoid the aging process due to the exposure under blazing heat, fluorocarbon paint is used which perfectly slows the inevitable aging process. By using the crafts above, antenna cover with environment-friendly stability and rational electricity can be acquired. This methodology presents a brand new and feasible way for mass production.
