Research on thermal power project quality management system under EPC mode

Compared with construction and municipal engineering projects, thermal power generation projects have complex processes and many supervision processes. As an EPC contractor, its management responsibilities may include design, procurement, construction,commissioning and other aspects. In order to clarify the quality management responsibilities of EPC contractor of thermal power generation project under this mode, this paper expounds the characteristics of EPC project quality management of thermal power generation project, analyzes the EPC project quality management mode, and puts forward suggestions from the convenience of design, procurement and construction, in order to be beneficial to the development of EPC project of thermal power generation project.
