海上勘探开发一体化钻完井关键技术研究与实践

摘    要:勘探开发一体化是缩短海上油气田建产周期、降低开发成本的有效手段,但海上油气田工程设施建造周期长、油气管网相对较少,对钻完井作业提出了更高要求。本文针对不同水深、不同类型和不同井口型式等探井转开发井特殊要求,建立了浅水探井井口再利用技术、一井多目标钻完井技术、简易移动式平台井口稳定性技术和深水探井转开发井井筒完整性评估技术、探井水下井口疲劳寿命评估技术等海上勘探开发一体化钻完井关键技术。该技术成果已在渤海曹妃甸、南海涠洲、陵水等区块成功应用,显著降低了勘探作业风险,加快了海上油气田开发进程,节约了开发成本。本文研究成果可为后续海上勘探开发一体化钻完井工程提供参考。

Abstract:The integration of exploration and development is an effective approach to shorten the construction and production cycle and reduce development cost of offshore oil and gas fields.However,the long construction period of marine spread and less oil and gas pipelines have higher requirements for drilling and completion operations.In response to the special requirement of conversion of exploratory wells of different water depths,different wells and different wellheads to development wells,this paper establishes such key technologies of integrated drilling and completion for offshore exploration and development as shallow water exploratory well multi-purpose wellhead technology,single wellhead multi-target drilling and completion technology,simple MODU wellhead stability technology,wellbore integrity assessment technology for conversion of deep-water exploration well to development well,and subsea wellhead fatigue life assessment technology for exploration wells.Such technologies have been successfully applied in Caofeidian(CFD)Oilfield of Bohai Sea,Weizhou(WZ)and Lingshui(LS)oilfields of South China Sea,which has significantly reduced the risk of exploration operations,accelerated the development progress of offshore oil and gas fields,and saved the development cost.The study results of this paper provide reference for the integrated drilling and completion operation in subsequent offshore exploration and development.
