新结构离心铸铝轴的设计

摘    要:设计了新结构铸铝轴,该铸铝轴采用撑板结构,撑板与转子冲片采用过度配合或者小间隙,不仅定位精度好,而且装片和退轴方便,工装成本低,制造工艺简单,使用寿命长,从根本上解决了离心铸铝转子轴孔整齐度问题.

Abstract:A new structural shaft with support plates was designed for centrifugal casting.The transition fit or small clearance is provided between support plates and rotor laminations.It has the advantages of good positioning accuracy,convenient fitting laminations and stripping shaft,low tooling costs,simple manufacturing process and long service life.It can fundamentally solve uniformity problem existing in axle hole of centrifugal casting rotor.
