基于GMM的高速点阵式喷头研究

摘    要:通过研究分析利用超磁致伸缩材料制造高速喷头的工作机理及实现方案,建立了涂料流动的动力学方程,并以此确定阀体和液压管路的有关参数。论述了喷印字符大小的影响因素及连续可调的方法,为高速点阵式喷头的设计制造提供了理论基础。试验表明,利用超磁致伸缩材料制造喷头的高速阀,结构简单,位移量大,响应快,能满足钢管在线标识的要求。

Abstract:Paint flowing dynamic equation was presented by studying the work mechanism and concrete technique of GMM high-speed jet printing machine, which can become rules for calculating parameters of valve and pipeline. Influencing factors and successive resizing methods of character size were discussed in details. The research provides theoretic foundation for design and manufacture of high-speed dot-matrix jet printing machine. It is suggested through experiments that simple structure, larger displacement and speedy respondence of jet printing machine using GMM valve can meet marking requirements in steel tube product line.
