| 摘 要： | 通过对环氧树脂真空浇注绝缘材料配方体系、工艺特性等方面进行试验研究，使用E一44环氧树脂100份、苯酐60份、增韧剂5份及适量偶联剂和填料，在120℃下将胶充分混匀，然后真空浇注，并在120℃-150℃下固化12h，可获得比三菱公司和汽巴公司产品性能优良的浇注件，可适用于高压电缆附件的生产。
