| 摘 要： | 针对MG400/920-WD型采煤机在黄陵矿区投入生产使用以来多次发生惰性齿轮断裂事故,通过对700型采煤机和920型采煤机惰性齿轮结构尺寸及传递动力情况进行分析对比,对920型采煤机惰性齿轮结构强度提出了质疑,并对提高其结构强度提出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | Aim at the WD type of MG400/920 - adopts the coal machine to throw in to produce the usage in the Hangling mineral district many occurrence sloth wheel gear splits the trouble, pass to 700 the types adopt the coal machine and 920 the types adopt the coal machine sloth wheel gear structure size and deliver the motive circumstance to carry on the analytical contrast, to 920 the types adopted the coal machine sloth wheel gear structure strength to put forward to query, and to raised its structure strength to put forward the improvement suggestion. |
