基于多工位组合机床的数字化研究

摘    要:针对组合机床的运动特点,采用多台SDPLC单轴控制系统实现对转台式多工位组合机床的数字化控制,应用系统提供的PLC程序及STEP程序完成组合机床的逻辑控制及加工运动,通过对控制系统通讯功能的开发,利用ADP软件依据人机通讯地址所需求的转换关系,在触摸屏上完成满足用户需求的人机界面设计.

Abstract:Aiming at the movement characteristics of assembled machine-tool,multiple SDPLC single-axis control system is used to realize the digital control to the multi-station of rotation platform.The machine logic control and processing of movement are completed by using the PLC procedures and STEP procedure,which is provided by the system.Through developing the control system,using the software of ADP and Basing on the demanded man-machine mailing address transformation relations,man-machine interface is designed on touch-screen,which satisfies the user's needs.
