摘    要:煤粉粒径对煤粉的燃烧特性影响很大,为此,采用德国NETZSCH公司生产的STA 449C型综合热分析仪,在升温速度为40℃/min、试验煤样的质量基本相同以及其它试验条件相同的情况下,对两种无烟煤各4种不同粒径的煤样从着火特性、燃尽特性以及综合燃烧特性方面进行了分析。试验结果表明:随着煤粉粒径的减小,两种煤样的着火温度和燃尽温度均有下降的趋势,但变化过程不尽相同;随着煤粉粒径的减小,煤样的综合燃烧特性指数S有增大的趋势,煤样的燃烧特性有明显的改善,其中无烟煤挥发分含量的高低对S随粒径的变化程度影响很大。

Abstract:Coal granularity has a great effect on combustion characteristic,so apply STA 449C thermo-balance made in Germany to analyze the ignite,burnout and synthetic combustion characteristics of two blind coal samples with four different diameters at the case of equal weight,same condition of experiences and same 40℃/ min heating rate.The experimental results indicate that: with the coal granularity decreasing,the ignite and burnout temperature is decreasing,but the change process is different;with the coal granularity decreasing,the synthetic combustion characteristic exponent S is increased and the coal has better combustion characteristic,however,the volatility substance in blind coal has a great effect on the change degree of S with the coal granularity’s change.
