摘    要:锅炉一、二次风量的准确、快速测量对锅炉的燃烧调整和安全性、经济性运行起着极为重要的作用.风速测量装置种类繁多,按测量原理区分,主要有热扩散法和差压法,目前差压风量测量技术应用广泛.根据风量测量装置工作原理不同和风管道结构不同,每种装置都适合不同管道,各有其优缺点.风量测量装置合理选型是火电厂在安全、可靠、经济运行宗旨下高质量、高环保、高效率运行的一个重要手段.叙述了电厂锅炉一、二次风系统的系统流程及风量调节过程,介绍了当前常用的几种风量测量装置的工作原理、优缺点及适用范围,并对锅炉测风装置的选型原则进行分析.

Abstract:The measurement of the primary air and secondary air speed for boiler control in fossil-fired power plant are very important to combustion adjustment,safety and economical operation of the boiler.There are all kinds of air flow measuring devices.Classify by working principle,thermal diffusion method and differential pressure method are the main two method.Now differential pressure method is used abroad.On the basis of different working principle and air pipe structure,the devices can use is different occasion.The suitable choose of measuring devices can make the plant work safety,economical and reliable,and the plant will working in a high quality,high protection of the environment,high efficiency condition.It introduces boiler primary air and secondary air system flow,and the process of air flow adjustment.The working characteristics of common used,and air flow measuring devices merits and demerits are introduced comprehensively.The analysis of selection principle of air flow measuring devices is also carried out.
