| 摘 要： | 化工园区的开发建设是一个系统工程,涉及到基础配套、公用工程配套、污染控制及产业链的形成等,各项工作必须做到高水平的整体规划以及明确的专业分工,因此,化工园区的开发模式的选择就显得尤为重要。文章主要介绍了目前国内著名化工园区的开发模式,并分析各种开发模式的优缺点,进而探讨在目前国家现行法律法规框架下,适合中国国情的化工园区开发模式。

| Abstract: | The development & construction of chemical industrial park is a systematic project,which involves basis supporting facilities,utilities system,pollution control & industry chain foundation etc,all the work of which should be overall planned and divided clearly and precisely,hence the choice of development mode turns to be extremely significant.The paper mainly introduced the representative & well known development modes of chemical industrial park in China,and analyzed the advantage and disadvantages of various development modes,then further discussed what kind of development mode will be suitable to Chinese conditions under current law frame. |
