竹胶合板矩形梁力学性能的研究

摘    要:从竹胶合板矩形梁的多种力学性能试验出发,研究了竹胶合板矩形梁的弯曲弹性模量、剪切弹性模量、抗弯强度等力学性能并将试验结果与理论计算结果加以比较,进一步验证试验数据的可靠性。同时还研究了竹胶合板矩形梁在弯曲变形过程中的破坏机理。研究结果表明,本文采用的试验方法是合理可靠的,这就为评定竹材及其复合材料的力学性能提供了一种切实可行的研究方法;同时对竹材标准的制定、更科学合理地发挥竹材的优良特性、竹材及其复合材料的推广应用等,都具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Based on the mechanical properties experiment of the bamboo plywood rectangular beams, the mechanical properties such as elasticity modulus and bending strength are analyzed and compared with the theory result, in order to test the experimental result. In addition, the destroyed model of the beams is also observed. The research results show that this test method is a valid and reasonable way to predict the mechanical properties of the bamboo material and composite material, which also can serve as a reference or basis for further improvement and development the theory and application of the bamboo material and composite material.
