摘    要:出于经济和环境因素的考虑,越来越多的造纸厂家使用白水封闭系统,其忧点是外排废水明显减少。但在循环使用过程中不断有纸浆纤维和化学药剂排到白水中而得不到彻底应用。在白水处理过程中若不能除去增加的部分物质.白水浓度会越来越高,纸张质量和生产运行会受到较大影响。造纸添加剂由于受到干扰,不能很好地发挥作用。另一方面,常用湿部添加剂由于抗剪切性能差,满足不了高速抄纸条件的需要.为此,新型助留体系不断得到开发,树形高分子助留剂就是为了适应这种形势而开发出来的一种新型结构湿部添加剂。本文介绍了这种新型结构助留剂——树形高分子的舍成方法及其使用效果。大量实验证明其具有优良的性能,是一种具有发展前景的新型助留剂。

Abstract:Increased interest in water closure is motivated by both economic a nd environmental reasons. At the same time, closing up mill water systems create s many new problems for papermakers. At high concentrations, the colloidal and d issolved detrimental substances interfere with the functioning of wet-end addit ives. On the other hand, common used additive is not adapt to high-speed paper machines because of their bad shear resistance. All these could affect paper mac hine runnability. To overcome these problems, a new polymer retention aids for s ystem closure was developed. Preparation and application of this novel paper ret ention aids--dendritic-polymers were introduced in details in this paper. Lar ge numbers of experiment results testify their favorable performance, and they a re a kind of powerful and foreground wet-end additives.
