| 摘 要： | 针对《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》实施后暴露的一些问题,探讨了如何加强工程量清单计价的风险控制,指出应对项目可能出现的风险因素进行评估,结合相关规定在合同中进行约定,在招投标及施工阶段做好造价控制,加强合同和索赔管理。

| Abstract: | Aiming at some problems in the implementation of Regulation of Engineering Bill Pricing in Construction Projects,the paper explores how to strengthen the risk control of the engineering bill pricing,points out the evaluation of the risk factors from the programs,so as to do well in the costs control and intensifying the contract and claims management by combining with the rules in relative regulations. |
