| 摘 要： | 介绍了现行标准规定的功率晶体管稳态工作寿命试验条件，讨论了试验条件的选择问题，提出了选择最高结晶ＴＪＭ，最大额定功率Ｐｔｏｔｍａｘ和与Ｐｔｏｔｍａｘ相应的壳温Ｔｃ作为试验条件的观点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the test condition of operation life for power bipolar transistor in the present standard,and discusses the problem on choosing the test condition,and brings forward a view that the maximum junction temperature(TJM),the maximum total power(Ptotmax)and the case temperature(Tc)for Ptotmax are chosen as the test condition. |
