高压引起的测试油管变形分析

摘    要:以井下关井情况为例,分析进行高压井测试时油管发生螺旋弯曲的可能性、其主要影响因素以及可能引起的施工问题。计算结果表明,进行高压油气井测试时油管容易发生螺旋弯曲,测试液密度、产物密度、套管压力、井底压力等均影响油管弯曲长度。油管弯曲会改变轴向力分布,减小油管轴向长度,是影响井下安全性的重要因素。

Abstract:Taking the downhole closing well as example , this paper gives analysis on the deformation of tubing while testing high pressure wells.The possibility of tubing helical bucking.the factors that influence the deformation.and the consequence that buckling induced are discussed. Calculating results show that tubing is prone to helical buckling during testing. Density of testing fluid,density of production fluid.annulus pressure and formation pressure are important parameters that affect the buckling length of tubing. Tubing buckling impacts downhole safety greatly because it changes the axial load and reduces axial length of tubing.
