| Abstract: | The assessment of non teaching units is an important link of college assessment.Based on the assessment principles for non teaching units,this paper clarifies the existing problems by analyzing the assessment situation in non teaching units and advises to adjust the proportion of quantitative and qualitative evaluation in the non teaching units.The paper also put forward to combine the self assessment with democratic evaluation to improve the accuracy of the assessment,built specific assessment system aimed at non teaching units,explicit relationship in different appraisal indicators and calculation methods.The paper comes up with specific methods to improve the assessment system continuously and puts forward some rational proposals for the non teaching units evaluation. |
