摘    要:由于产品质量达不到进口产品指标,中国石油天然气集团抚顺石油化工公司石化三厂对脱附剂生产装置进行了如下改造:调整了装置的仪表控制方案,重新选择了生产脱附剂的原料,改造了换热设备和控制系统。新上了分馏前的加氢装置。改变了生产脱附剂的工艺设计路线,解决了塔的精馏能力问题,生产出了符合进口指标的脱附剂产品,提高了产品收率,增加了经济效益。

Abstract:As the product quality failed to meet import product target, desorbent production unit in the No.3 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company has been revamped as follows: (1) Instrument control scheme has been adjusted; (2) Feedstock has been reselected; (3) Heat exchange equipment and control system have been reformed. And (4) a new hydrogenation unit has been installed before product fractionator and the process route has been altered. Problems of fractionator rectifying ability have been resolved and desorbent product quality has met the import product target. Product yields and economic benefits have been increased.
